The roads most of our calls come off. More of our work starts on an interstate shoulder or a two-lane county road than in anybody's driveway. If you're stopped on a shoulder, get out of the vehicle and behind the guardrail before you ring — then give us the exit number or mile marker and which way you were heading. If anyone is hurt or a lane is blocked, call 911 first.

Straight Answers
What people ask us most about coverage.
What areas do you cover?
Spartanburg County first — Spartanburg, Boiling Springs, Inman, Chesnee, Cowpens, Pacolet, Roebuck, Moore, Duncan, Lyman, Wellford, Woodruff, Landrum and Greer. From there we run Gaffney and Blacksburg in Cherokee County, Union and Jonesville in Union County, and Greenville, Taylors and the Wade Hampton corridor in Greenville County.
My town isn't on the list — will you still come?
Ring and ask. The list is where we run regularly, not a fence. Some jobs past those towns are worth the drive and some aren't, and we would rather tell you that in thirty seconds than leave you sitting on the roadside working it out for yourself.
Do you charge more to come further out?
Distance is one of the four things that moves the price, so a call across Spartanburg costs less than one out to Union or up to Gaffney. Tell us where the vehicle is and where it's going and we'll quote the actual run rather than an average.
Do you cover the interstates?
Yes — I-85, I-26 and the I-585 spur are where a good share of our work starts. If you're stopped on a shoulder, get out of the vehicle and behind the guardrail first, then ring us with the exit number or mile marker and the direction you were heading.
Are you really out at night?
Yes. We're open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The hour isn't the problem — distance and weather are, and we'll be straight with you about both when you call.
How fast can you reach me?
It depends where you are and what the roads are doing. Somewhere in Spartanburg is a short run; out past Union on a wet night is not. You'll get an honest window on the call instead of a number that sounds good while you decide.
